From a small team passionate about fair gaming to one of Malaysia's most recognised online gaming destinations — bones888 was built with one purpose: to give Malaysian players a platform they can genuinely trust. Fast, fair, and fully local.
bones888 was founded by a group of gaming enthusiasts and technology professionals who shared a common frustration: the online gaming platforms available to Malaysian players were either too complicated, too slow, or simply not built with local needs in mind. Withdrawals took days, customer support spoke in generic templated responses, and payment options were limited to methods that many Malaysians didn't even use.
The founding team — drawing on combined experience across fintech, game development, and digital platform management — set out to build something different. Something that understood the rhythm of Malaysian life: the passion for EPL football and Liga Super Malaysia, the preference for instant transfers via DuitNow and FPX, the expectation of responsive support when something goes wrong, and the importance of genuine fairness in every game outcome.
What started as a focused sports betting platform quickly expanded into a full-spectrum gaming destination — live casino, 2,400+ slot titles, esports betting, lottery, and arcade games — all accessible from a single account, on any device, from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu. Today, bones888 serves hundreds of thousands of registered Malaysian players and continues to grow based on one principle: earn trust through consistency, transparency, and genuine player care.
bones888 launches as a focused sports betting platform serving early adopters in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Core infrastructure built for speed and reliability from day one.
Live casino tables go live — baccarat, blackjack, and roulette with real dealers streaming in HD. Player base expands to Penang, Johor Bahru, and East Malaysia.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX are fully integrated — making deposits and withdrawals genuinely fast and frictionless for Malaysian players.
Esports betting markets (DOTA2, CS2, Mobile Legends) launch alongside cryptocurrency deposit support — BTC, ETH, USDT. Player registrations cross the 300K mark.
Full 6-tier VIP loyalty programme rolls out — Bronze through Royal Black Diamond — rewarding long-term Malaysian players with cashback, dedicated support, and exclusive events.
bones888 reaches 850,000+ registered Malaysian players, processing over RM 4.2 million in daily payouts. Platform continues to expand its game library and payment options.
To provide Malaysian players with the most reliable, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience available — one that respects local culture, supports local payment habits, and maintains the highest standards of security and responsible gaming. Every decision at bones888 starts with the question: is this genuinely good for our players?
To be the most trusted name in online gaming for Malaysian players — not just the biggest, but the most respected. We envision a platform where every player from Bangsar to Batu Pahat can enjoy world-class gaming responsibly, with total confidence that their funds are safe, their games are fair, and their loyalty is genuinely valued and rewarded.
We say what we do and do what we say. Bonus terms are clear, game RTPs are published, and player funds are always segregated and protected.
From page load to payout, speed matters. Most withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX complete within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
Every feature, payment method, and support interaction is designed with Malaysian players specifically in mind — not adapted from a global template.
All RNG games are independently audited. Odds are transparent. Promotional terms are written in plain English so you know exactly what you're getting.
Our 6-tier VIP programme, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards exist because long-term players deserve recognition that goes beyond a generic points system.
We continuously invest in platform technology — mobile optimisation, new game integrations, crypto payments — to stay ahead of what Malaysian players need.
Responsible gaming isn't a checkbox for us. Self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods are built into the core platform — not hidden in settings.
Real human support agents available 24/7 via live chat, trained to resolve issues — not just acknowledge them. Typically under 5 minutes to first response.
Malaysia's online gaming community has specific expectations that generic international platforms consistently fail to meet. bones888 was designed from the ground up to address these gaps — from payment preferences to the sports markets that actually matter to Malaysian fans.
Whether you're placing a mix parlay on Liga Super Malaysia from Petaling Jaya, watching live EPL football betting odds shift from a mamak stall in Penang, or enjoying baccarat tables from your apartment in Johor Bahru — bones888 is built to work where you are, the way you prefer.
The full bones888 platform works natively on Android and iOS browsers. Smooth, responsive, and fast — no app download required, though one is available.
The entire platform — from game interfaces to support — operates in clear English, the preferred working language of most urban Malaysian players.
All balances, bonuses, and transactions displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). No confusing currency conversions or hidden exchange rate fees.
Support agents understand Malaysian banking, local e-wallet quirks, and platform-specific processes. Typically under 5 minutes via live chat.
Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, Malaysian Cup, and regional football leagues all covered with real-time odds and in-play betting markets.
256-bit SSL across all pages and transactions. Every deposit, withdrawal, and login session is protected end-to-end — no exceptions.
These aren't marketing lines. They're operational commitments that every bones888 team member is held accountable to — every day.
Verified accounts receive same-day processing on most payout requests. We do not hold funds unnecessarily. If there's a delay, you'll be notified proactively.
Every RNG-based game on bones888 is independently tested for randomness and published RTP accuracy. We don't manipulate outcomes — and we can prove it.
Your deposits are held in accounts completely separate from our operational finances. Your balance is yours — accessible whenever you want to withdraw.
Platform updates, maintenance windows, and policy changes are communicated clearly in advance. No surprises, no hidden rule changes that affect your account mid-promotion.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, reality checks, and cooling-off periods are always available and always accessible — not buried in account settings. We actively promote responsible play.
Wagering requirements and bonus terms are written in plain, clear English — displayed prominently before you claim. We don't bury conditions in fine print designed to confuse.
