• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as having a gambling problem that makes participation in gambling activities inappropriate for you at this time.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly should it change. The following information is required at registration:

• Contact number
• Country of residence

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bones888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials due to your failure to keep them secure. bones888 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to any withdrawal, upon any change of Account details, or at any point during your use of the Platform at the Company's sole discretion.

Standard documents requested during KYC include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (IC), Passport, or Driver's License — front and back, clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document, clearly showing your face alongside the document.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for most electronic payment methods. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. bones888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are available to all fully verified (KYC-complete) Account holders. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• The Account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the associated amounts become eligible for withdrawal.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bones888 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Deliberately structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade anti-money laundering monitoring (transaction layering or smurfing).
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any transaction connected to criminal activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by maintenance, network outages, or third-party infrastructure failure.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Platform for informational purposes only.

bones888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's gross negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Upon account closure for breach, any Real Money Funds in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited upon closure for cause.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines prior to account deactivation.
